Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Raer embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Raer was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Healer. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is mildly Gnome supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dalaba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
