Description: She has a missing left arm. She wears dull white sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed flail, just in case. With bright auburn hair. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and tabaxi compassion

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Vanchu hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'8" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She sports auburn long hair. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she feels threatened by others

Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears dull violet sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed greatsword, just in case. His hair is red and very short. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
