Personality: Rolen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Anne's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was granted druidic powers by her dying brother.
