Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Kaladan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She bought a mace and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. His black fur is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are yellow and catlike.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born to a Carter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
