Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she has the majority of her body covered in plate, and is pretty ugly. Her blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rohesia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and sabotage a competitor
