History: Gardain was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: She wears suspenders and grey workpants. Her shirt is brown, and she wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. Her black hair is wavy and long. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nurkara grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nurkara. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.
