Description: She stands about 4'0" and wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Valida lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Valida never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Description: He wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered tan hat.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are amber.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Farmer and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She wears a red tunic with blue highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes, and carries daggers. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rose was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
