Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Verin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her small brown hat.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
