History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The war was a terrible time for him, and Qualen does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Qualen reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

After coming to the age of reason, Mardnab took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
