History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Engraver, but he got bored and became a Hunter. He has achieved small success as a Hunter.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tana embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Tana was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tana's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Drusilia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Sybil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
