Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 41. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He wears a brown vest and prefers grey and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'3" when asserting himself. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Taklinn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
