Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Wiggens and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Ubada was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. A true patriot, Williamina would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Williamina was born the youngest of three triplets. When Williamina reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
