Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His cinnamon fur is matted, messy, and big. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat, and is pretty ugly. She wears her rusty crest down. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Harann is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His red hair is cut short. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Robert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. He has violet eyes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
