Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he usually wears his grey robe and has his sword always slung over his shoulder. His hair is black and very short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Ulfgar was born the youngest of three triplets. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ulfgar took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Ulfgar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Perra was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Pikar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
