Description: Standing 6'1", this woman wears a fancy grey dress. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Jacoba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Jacoba and her spouse have recently divorced.
