Personality: Nelkin is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She dresses like a well dressed Detective does. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Georgina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Georgina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has worked as a Detective like her mother before her.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is unsatisfied with his job
