Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Volen was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Volen decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has achieved small success as a Laborer.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She tends to her Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.
