History: Jak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Fletcher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He takes great joy in being the best Jeweler in town.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: An older woman who wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, she is not a threatening figure. She has done her best to style her gold crest to look like a famous performer. Her gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
