History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Grumbar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
