History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Manfred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
