During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: She wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. She carries a battered monstrous two handed axe and tarnished sword as well. Her scarlet crest, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are red.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. In her youth she was a Crown-heir, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
