The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: Gurdis was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
