History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nordak grew up listening to his father's many stories. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Herleva was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Herleva took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
