When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Through the years after Percival was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Percival's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
