Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Calcitro fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a green shirt, with a tan mid length skirt with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her red hair is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and money/treasure

Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. He wears his red hair up. His eyes are white and catlike.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Tethren's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: 3'1" and muscular, this eastern man is wearing a tight red one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
