Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat, marred by sweets. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 6. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Sapply was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has taken up work as a Bookbinder and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
