History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Balifra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Balifra was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gynk fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Barakas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and wants to open a new tavern
