Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Shane was born the youngest of three triplets. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears a tan vest and prefers yellow and green shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She has no hair. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Xanaphia hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. A gifted student he started as a Mason, but he got bored and became a Miller. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light yellow in addition to tight pants. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is greedy; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
