Personality: Neega speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gifted student she started as a Tanner, but she got bored and became a Dilettante. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Gifted from a young age, Right-Handed studied abroad. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
