Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Burto was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
