History: Margery was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
