Personality: Adran is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barrister business.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Adran was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barrister. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His black fur is smooth and relatively long. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in the south to a Mason, Beast learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Beast was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: She is lean but muscular and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her rusty crest is matted, messy, and big. She is baby faced.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to end her boredom
