Description: This exceptionally lanky woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Description: He stands about 5'1" and wears blue trousers with grey and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: Rael is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She takes great joy in being the best Healer in town.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Healer.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand her business

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, brown shirt, and grey tie. His brass crest is still thick. His red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mugrunden does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Mugrunden alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.
