History: Burgell hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His first spouse was a Dyer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
