Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Meriele is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Meriele was born the youngest of three triplets. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Muggrish was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears just a brown suit. Her fur is black and very short. Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
