History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jelenneth was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Veloptima hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
