Description: An older woman who wears skinny pants and wears a yellow and blue robe with the hood down, she is not a threatening figure. Her white hair is wavy and long. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Avice was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a brown shirt with thin white vertical stripes and pastel pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Veit grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears dark leathers with embroidery, and is pretty ugly. She wears her black hair down. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Torgga was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: This man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mugrunden was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
