History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Salanop took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She bought a kukri and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oriff was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: Pog was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Pog and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Chem lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
