History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Quick was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Windy was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Performer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
