History: Born in the north to a Fletcher, Jebeddo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a Bellfounder soon after.
