He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a Tailor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and doesn't want to be a seamstress and was forced into it by her family

History: He was born in a small desert village. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
