Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Miles was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dilettante. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Mella's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
