He carries with him a set of greataxes on his belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the right. Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Flak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Flak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born in the north. A freak accident while working with her Bellfounder mother left her crippled. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is content

Description: This man wears silk and lounges about seductively, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His long scarlet crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Nykkan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She found a children's book about a Gnome Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
