Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Spear was born with his mother's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Mortician mother left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. After a long history of fighting, Numba and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things
