Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born in the east to a Mortician, Peren learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Antrara grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
