Description: This man dresses like a well dressed Spice Merchant does. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has moderate length black crest. Her red eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is a Brewer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Pogranix lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Locksmith; and wants a kiss

Description: An older man who is wearing a long, red, dusty cloak, he is not a threatening figure. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Halander liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and doesn't want to be a sailor and was forced into it by his family
