Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Cartwright soon after.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ghash was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Armorer and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Tabaxi compassion.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She takes great joy in being the best Guard in town.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is greedy
