Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Jarsali lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.
