Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has silver hair. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Silvo is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Silvo has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants. Her red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Siffress was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her scimitar with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her crest, while still mostly blue, has prominent grey streaks. She has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Surina embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Surina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length black crest. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ildrex was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ildrex decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
