Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
